NEW PHOTOS from the past couple of days to the site. They include some photos of us holding Cody and Kian. Super!
Cody is almost to his target feeding amounts. Everything is going as expected and he is doing very well. He is currently on the C-PAP for breathing and is out from under the Billy lights.
Kian had a bit of bad news yesterday when the neuro-scan showed the grade 2 bleed he had in his brain had gotten a little worse. They are monitoring it again on Monday to see if it has healed or if it is still actively going on. For now we can't do much more then wait. Otherwise Kian is back on the C-PAP to give him a bit of rest breathing over the nasal cannula and he is also off the Billy lights for the time being.
Spencer is also doing pretty good. They have increased his feeding just a bit and he is now on a standard vent. They found a small grade 1 bleed on Monday's scan but say that it isn't a big deal and they will look again next week, but it was probably from when he had to have the chest tube put in. Oh, the chest tube is out now too, and Spencer is off the Billy lights for a day or two.
